关于煤矿大断面开切眼支护技术的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对大断面切眼出现的顶板破碎、两帮移近量大、围岩变形难以控制等支护技术难题,以山西某煤矿14505工作面为例,分析大断面切眼围岩变形的破坏特征,提出锚杆、锚索、W钢带、金属网和锚索组联合支护方案。现场实践表明,锚杆、锚索、W钢带、金属网和锚索组联合支护方案能有效地控制两帮及顶板围岩变形,保持大断面切眼的稳定性。 In view of the supporting technical problems such as broken roof,large displacement of two sides,difficult to control the deformation of surrounding rock and so on,taking 14505 face of a coal mine in Shanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the failure characteristics of surrounding rock deformation of large cross-section cut-hole.The joint support scheme of anchor bolt,anchor cable,Wsteel strip,metal mesh and anchor cable group is put forward.The field practice shows that the combined support scheme of bolt,anchor cable,W steel strip,metal mesh and anchor cable group can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the two sides and the roof,and maintain the stability of large section cutting.
