摘要
针对白洞煤业有限公司机运队通过技术研究设计的一套带式输送机自动感应张紧装置,详细分析其结构、工作原理及优缺点。在白洞煤业有限公司目前井田开采盘区为3.1盘区DTL1.4型带式输送机上应用该装置后,解决了带式输送机因运输物料时张紧力极速变化而造成的断带事故,大大降低了维修费用。
In view of the automatic induction and tension device of a belt conveyor,which is designed by the machinery and transportation team of Baidong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the structure,working principle and advantages and disadvantages of the belt conveyor are analyzed in detail.After the device is applied to the coal mining area of Baihe Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the device is applied to the type 3.1 extent DL1.4 belt conveyor.After the device is applied to the belt conveyor,the breakage accident caused by the change of the extreme speed of the tension force in the belt conveyor is solved,and the maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
