摘要
为了解决因从TM900-1空压机出风主管路引出的气体中的水进入油箱而导致降低轴承使用寿命的问题,马兰矿自主研发加工了油、气、水分离器。该设备除水效率高,体积小、重量轻,免维护、可靠性好,经过长时间的试运行表明,从该设备TM900-1出风管路引出4分仪表供气并加装自制的油、气、水分离器后,进口空压机运行一切正常,而且每年预计节支45万元左右,具有广阔的推广前景。
In order to solve the problem that water from the air outlet main circuit of TM900-1 air compressor enters the oil tank and reduces the service life of bearings,Malan Mine has independently developed and processed oil,gas and water separators.The equipment has high water removal efficiency,small size,light weight,maintenance-free,good reliability and so on.After a long trial run,the application shows that the equipment can extract four-point separator from the air outlet main circuit of TM900-1.The imported air compressor operates normally after supplying gas by meter and installing self-made oil,gas and water separators,and it is expected to save about 450,000 yuan annually,which has broad prospects for popularization.
