采煤机冷却系统的问题分析与改进

某矿采煤机经常出现喷雾系统堵塞和内部油水混合现象,不仅降低设备使用寿命,影响矿山生产工作进度,对井下的工作环境也带来了严重污染。基于此以该矿采煤机冷却系统在使用过程中出现的故障为基础,对采煤机系统提出改进方案。改进后的冷却系统成功解决了上述问题,改善了矿山工作环境。

The phenomenon of spray system blockage and internal oil-water mixing often occurs in a certain mine shearer,which not only reduces the service life of the equipment,affects the progress of mine production,but also brings serious pollution to the underground working environment.Based on the faults occurred in the cooling system of coal shearer in this mine.The improved cooling system has successfully solved the above problems and improved the working environment of the mine.
