摘要
基于切割断裂生产线的研发和生产,研究液晶玻璃面板在自动线生产过程中的定位技术,利用CCD定位系统和光纤定位系统进行联合标定,既满足了上游滚轮传送玻璃的定位宽度大的问题,又解决了液晶玻璃面板搬运过程中产生的累计的位置偏差,并在TFT-LCD切割断裂生产线的应用中得到证实。
Based on the research and development of cutting and fracture production line,the positioning technology of liquid crystal glass panel in automatic production line is studied,and the CCD positioning system and optical fiber positioning system are used to calibrate the liquid crystal glass panel.It not only satisfies the problem of large positioning width of the upstream roller transfer glass,but also solves the accumulated position deviation in the handling process of liquid crystal glass panel,which has been proved in the application of TFT-LCD cutting and fracture production line.
