选煤厂快速自卸车系统优化改造研究

Study on Optimization and Transformation of Rapid Dump Truck System in Coal Preparation Plant

针对快速自卸车系统使用过程中存在的问题,从不同方面对自卸车系统进行了优化改进,并将改进后的自卸车系统在屯兰矿选煤厂进行了现场应用。现场应用情况表明,改进后的自卸车系统积煤问题得到明显改善,增长了设备的有效工作时间,自动化闭锁报警实时准确,设备的操作安全性得到显著提升。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the use of the rapid dump truck system,optimizes and improves the dump truck system from different aspects,and applies the improved dump truck system in Tunlan Coal preparation Plant.The existing application shows that the coal accumulation problem of the improved dump truck system is obviously improved,the effective working time of the equipment is increased,the automatic locking alarm is accurate in real time,and the operation safety of the equipment is significantly improved.The optimization and improvement of rapid unloading system is of great significance to improve the quality of clean coal and the production efficiency of enterprises and increase the economic benefits of enterprises.
