逆序倒查法在EBZ260掘进机常见液压故障分析中的应用

摘要 介绍了EBZ260掘进机的主要结构及其特点,概述了液压系统的工作原理,提出了在掘进机液压故障分析中的逆序倒查法,并列举了此法在EBZ260掘进机液压执行元件星轮马达和截割头升降油缸的故障分析实例,说明了掘进机的维护事项。通过总结倒查法,对系统而全面地排查掘进机液压故障起到一定参考作用。 By introducing the main structure and characteristics of EBZ260 roadheader,the working principle of its hydraulic system is analyzed.In this paper,the reverse sequence reverse check method in hydraulic fault analysis of roadheader is put forward,and the fault analysis examples of star wheel motor and cutting head lifting cylinder of hydraulic actuator of EBZ260 roadheader are given,and the maintenance matters of roadheader are explained at the same time.Through summing up the reverse check method,it can play a certain reference role in coal mine system and comprehensive investigation of hydraulic fault of roadheader.
