逆序倒查法在EBZ260掘进机常见液压故障分析中的应用

Application of Reverse Sequence Reverse Check Method in Common Hydraulic Faults of EBZ260 Roadheader

By introducing the main structure and characteristics of EBZ260 roadheader,the working principle of its hydraulic system is analyzed.In this paper,the reverse sequence reverse check method in hydraulic fault analysis of roadheader is put forward,and the fault analysis examples of star wheel motor and cutting head lifting cylinder of hydraulic actuator of EBZ260 roadheader are given,and the maintenance matters of roadheader are explained at the same time.Through summing up the reverse check method,it can play a certain reference role in coal mine system and comprehensive investigation of hydraulic fault of roadheader.
