摘要
针对当前DF4D型机车联合调节器功率调节系统存在由于柴油机润滑油很容易出现黏度异常上升而影响机车正常运行的问题,从联合调节器恒功率调节的基本原理入手,详细剖析产生问题的根源所在,并提出具体的解决方案。通过对该方案进行实施试验,表明了该方案的有效性。
In view of the problem that the power regulation system of DF4D locomotive joint regulator affects the normal operation of locomotive due to the abnormal increase of viscosity of diesel engine lubricating oil,this paper starts with the basic principle of constant power regulation of combined regulator.The root of the problem is analyzed in detail,and the concrete solutions are put forward.The effectiveness of the scheme is demonstrated by the implementation test of the scheme.
