进行优质护理对预防精神分裂症患者发生攻击行为的效果

The effect of high quality care on the prevention of aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨进行优质护理对预防精神分裂症患者发生攻击行为的临床效果.方法:将2016年1月至2018年1月期间在峨眉山市精神病医院进行治疗的124例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象.在对这124例患者进行常规治疗期间,对其均进行优质护理.然后,比较治护前后这些患者与发生攻击行为相关各项因素的评分及攻击行为的发生情况.结果:与治护前相比,治护后这些患者的易激惹评分、迟缓评分、抑郁评分、攻击行为的发生率均更低,其兴趣评分、个人整洁评分、社会能力评分均更高,P<0.05.结论:对精神分裂症患者进行优质护理的效果较好,可降低其攻击行为的发生率.

objective: to explore the clinical effect of quality nursing on the prevention of aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: 124 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in emei city psychiatric hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as research objects. All of the 124 patients received quality care during routine treatment. Then, the scores of the factors related to the occurrence of aggression and the occurrence of aggression were compared before and after treatment. Results: compared with before and after treatment, the incidence of irritability score, delay score, depression score and aggressive behavior was lower in these patients, and their interest score, personal neatness score and social ability score were all higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of high quality nursing care for schizophrenic patients is better, which can reduce the incidence of aggression.
