用穴位敷贴法联合三阶梯止痛法对30例癌性疼痛患者进行治疗的效果探究

Study on therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with three-step analgesic method in 30 patients with cancer pain

目的:探讨使用穴位敷贴法联合三阶梯止痛法对30例癌性疼痛患者进行治疗的效果.方法:将2017年1月至2018年3月期间广州中医药大学附属东莞市中医院收治的60例恶性肿瘤患者根据随机数表法分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例).为两组患者均使用三阶梯止痛法止痛.在此基础上,为试验组患者使用中药穴位敷贴法止痛.然后使用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评价两组患者癌性疼痛的程度,使用卡氏评分法(KPS)评价其健康状况,并观察其发生不良反应的情况.结果:试验组患者治疗后的NRS评分及其治疗期间便秘的发生率均低于对照组患者,其KPS评分高于对照组患者,P<0.05.结论:为癌性疼痛患者使用穴位敷贴法联合三阶梯止痛法进行治疗可有效地减轻其癌性疼痛的程度,提高其生活质量,降低其不良反应的发生率.

objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with three-step analgesic method on 30 patients with cancerous pain. Methods: 60 malignant tumor patients admitted to dongguan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated to guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to March 2018 were divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. For the two groups of patients were using three ladder analgesic method analgesic. On this basis, acupoint application of Chinese medicine was used to relieve pain in the experimental group. The degree of cancer pain in the two groups was then evaluated by pain digital score (NRS), and their health status was evaluated by KPS, and adverse reactions were observed. Results: the NRS score and incidence of constipation during treatment were lower in the experimental group than in the control group, and the KPS score was higher than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: acupoint application combined with three-step analgesic method can effectively reduce the degree of cancer pain, improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with cancer pain.
