有限接触动力加压钢板内固定术治疗肱骨骨折对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of internal fixation with limited contact dynamic compression plate on the quality of life of patients with humerus fracture

目的:探讨使用有限接触动力加压钢板内固定术治疗肱骨骨折对患者生活质量的影响.方法:将2016年5月至2018年5月期间解放军5701厂医院收治的80例肱骨骨折患者根据随机数表法分为试验组和参照组.为参照组患者使用动力加压钢板内固定术进行治疗,为试验组患者使用有限接触动力加压钢板内固定术进行治疗.然后观察两组患者治疗的效果及生活质量评分.结果:治疗后,试验组患者治疗的总有效率、生理健康评分、社会功能评分、活力评分及活动能力评分均高于参照组患者,P<0.05.结论:使用有限接触动力加压钢板内固定术治疗肱骨骨折的效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量.

objective: to investigate the effect of internal fixation with limited contact dynamic compression plate on the quality of life of patients with humerus fracture. Methods: 80 patients with humerus fracture admitted to PLA 5701 factory hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with dynamic compression plate internal fixation, and patients in the experimental group were treated with limited contact dynamic compression plate internal fixation. Then the therapeutic effect and quality of life scores of the two groups were observed. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate, physiological health score, social function score, vitality score and activity ability score of the test group were all higher than those of the control group {P < 0.05). Conclusion: internal fixation with limited contact dynamic compression plate is effective in treating humerus fracture and can improve patients' quality of life.
