对慢性盆腔炎患者进行综合护理的效果观察

Effect observation of comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨对慢性盆腔炎患者进行综合护理的临床效果.方法:选择2017年6月至2018年6月期间剑阁县人民医院收治的90例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象.将这90例患者分为Contrast组(n=45)和Research组(n=45).对两组患者均进行对症治疗及常规护理.在此基础上,对Research组患者进行综合护理.然后,比较两组患者对慢性盆腔炎知识的知晓率、生理功能的评分、精神状态的评分、心理情绪的评分及其对护理服务的满意率.结果:治护后,与Contrast组患者相比,Research组患者对慢性盆腔炎知识的知晓率、生理功能的评分、精神状态的评分、心理情绪的评分及其对护理服务的满意率均更高(P<0.05).结论:对慢性盆腔炎患者进行综合护理的临床效果确切,可有效地提高其对护理服务的满意率及生活的质量.

objective: to explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the people's hospital of jiange county from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects. These 90 patients were divided into the Contrast group (n=45) and the Research group (n=45). Symptomatic treatment and routine nursing were performed in both groups. On this basis, comprehensive nursing was conducted for patients in the Research group. Then, the two groups of patients to the knowledge of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, physiological function of the score, the score of mental state, psychological emotional scores and the satisfaction rate of nursing services. Results: after treatment and care, compared with the Contrast group, patients in the Research group had higher awareness rate of knowledge of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, score of physiological function, score of mental state, score of psychological emotion and satisfaction rate of nursing service (P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is accurate and can effectively improve their satisfaction rate of nursing service and quality of life.
