摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘作为世界范围内两大主要的慢性气道炎症性疾病,其发病率在世界范围内持续上升。其主要病理表现为气道慢性炎症反应以及气道重塑,具体作用机制仍是目前需要进一步攻破的难题,近年来研究显示外泌体作为细胞间以及细胞与环境之间主要的信号传递工具之一,其在气道慢性炎症性疾病发生、发展中有非常重要的作用,可能为气道慢性炎症性疾病诊治提供新的思路,本文将就外泌体在气道慢性炎症性疾病作用机制研究进展进行综述。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma are two major chronic airway inflammatory diseases worldwide, and their incidence continues to increase.Their main pathological manifestations are chronic airway inflammation and airway remodeling.However, the specific mechanism of them are still needed to further challenge at present.Exosomes as a one of the main communication of cells to cells and cells to environment, some studies have showed that it plays an important role in the development of chronic airway inflammatory disease in recent years, that may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic airway inflammatory disease.In this article, we will discuss the mechanism of exosomes in chronic airway inflammatory disease.
