房地产企业财务风险评价探析 被引量:1

摘要 在对8家房地产企业进行研究之后,合理运用熵权法和综合评价法相结合的方式,笔者对房地产企业中的隐患风险进行风险运算,笔者得到的结论是房地产企业是可以对财务风险的发生进行控制和防范的,其主要影响原因是存货周转率、营业收入增长率、资产负债率、净资产收益率。
