Construction of Management Accounting Informationization Based on Financial Sharing Service

财务共享服务作为一种新的财务管理模式,能有效推动企业精细化管理,促使企业财务转型。本文首先介绍了财务共享服务管理会计信息化建设的实施路径;其次通过梳理当前管理会计信息化建设面临的各种风险,对财务共享服务推动管理会计信息化建设的可行性进行分析;最后提出财务共享服务管理会计信息化建设的发展趋势,以期为当前企业进行管理会计信息化建设提供参考。

As a new financial management mode, financial shared service can effectively promote delicacy management and promote financial transformation. Firstly, this paper introduces the construction path of management accounting informatization by virtue of financial shared service. Secondly, by sorting out various risks in this respect, the author makes a feasibility study on how financial shared service promotes management accounting informatization. Finally, it points out the development trend of this industry, in hope of providing a reference for enterprises to implement management accounting information.
