基于全要素能源效率的能源消费回弹效应测度——以广东省为例

摘要 针对广东省2000~2016年的能源消费状况,基于DEA-Malmquist指数法,测算广东省的全要素能源效率,建立能源回弹效应模型,进而计算出能源回弹效应。结果表明,广东省的能源回弹效应在不同的时间段有不同程度的波动,但总体上呈逐步下降的趋势。并且能源回弹效应基本上都小于1,即大多数年份均为部分回弹效应,只有2004年的能源回弹效应超过了1,为1.8084。 Based on the energy consumption situation of Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2016, this paper used the DEA-Malmquist index method to establish an energy rebound effect model, which measured the total factor energy efficiency of Guangdong Province, and assessed the energy rebound effect. The results showed that the energy rebound effect of Guangdong Province had different degrees of fluctuation in different periods, but the overall trend was gradually decreasing. And the energy rebound effect is basically less than 1, that is, most of the years are partial rebound effects, and only the energy rebound effect in 2004 exceeded 1, which is 1.8084.
