摘要 海水泥浆膨润土是专门针对海水区域桥梁桩基、钻井、盾构施工造浆的材料。对于海水环境中的施工,使用其附近淡水很大几率会受到海水侵蚀,从而影响膨润土造浆效果,盐碱地取水造浆困难、沉淀过快。这就需要海水泥浆膨润土的支持就可以直接采用海水即可顺利完成造浆。直接采用海水进行造浆,可有效大大降低工程的难度和材料成本。实验基于深中通道珠海海域的桥墩桩基施工用海水泥浆膨润土的需求所实验:由于施工区域在海上,淡水供应严重不足,就地取材可以加快施工进度,节约成本和大量资源。 sea water mud bentonite is a kind of slurry material for bridge pile foundation drilling and shield construction in seawater area. For the construction in seawater environment, it is very likely that the fresh water near it will be eroded by seawater, which will affect the bentonite pulping effect. It is difficult to get the water pulp from saline-alkali soil and precipitate too quickly. This requires the support of seawater mud bentonite to directly use seawater to successfully complete pulping. Direct use of seawater pulping can greatly reduce the difficulty of engineering and material cost. The experiment is based on the requirement of sea water mud bentonite for the construction of pier pile foundation in Zhuhai sea area: because the construction area is at sea, fresh water supply is seriously insufficient, local materials can speed up construction progress, save costs and a lot of resources.
