摘要 甲醇在化工行业发挥巨大作用的同时,其运输安全问题也备受关注,特别是因道路交通事故造成的槽罐泄漏时有发生。本文以某次甲醇槽罐车交通事故为例,重点研究甲醇气体的扩散,利用ALOHA软件进行数值模拟,得到甲醇气体扩散的危险区域,将危险区域作为警戒范围,并建立了风速、泄漏口直径、温度与警戒距离之间多元回归模型。本文的研究对消防救援队伍开展甲醇槽罐车交通事故的警戒范围和灾害处置具有工程应用价值。 Methanol plays an important role in the chemical industry and its transportation safety is concerned especially the leakage of tank caused by road traffic accidents occurs from time to time. In this paper, a methanol tank truck traffic accident is taken as an example to analyze the methanol gas diffusion. And the numerical simulation is carried out by ALOHA software.The dangerous area of methanol gas diffusion is obtained, and use dangerous areas as a warning area,and a multivariate regression model of wind speed, leakage diameter, temperature and warning distance was established.The research in this paper has engineering application value for the fire rescue team to carry out the risk assessment and disaster disposal of methanol tank truck traffic accidents.
