摘要
针对某食品生产企业废水的特点,采用混凝沉淀/水解酸化/接触氧化/二次沉淀工艺对其进行处理。运行结果表明:在进水COD为1000~1200mg/L,BOD5为500~700mg/L时,处理后出水COD为80~90mg/L,BOD5<20mg/L,废水出水水质稳定,能够达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)表4一级标准。
Aimed at the characteristics of wastewater from a food production company, the process of primary sedimentation/hydrolysis/contact oxidation/secondary sedimentation was used. The operation results show that when the influent of COD is 1000~1200 mg/L,BOD5 is 500~700 mg/L, the effluent of COD is 80~90 mg/L, BOD5<20 mg/L. The effluent of the treatment is stable and can meet the integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996).
