水产品中10种药物残留的超高效液质检测方法

摘要 本文报道了一种水产品中10种药物残留的超高效液质联用检测方法。样品以EDTA溶液和酸化乙腈提取,经CaptivaEMR-Lipid柱净化,旋转蒸发浓缩后,以0.1%甲酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相,经过C18反向色谱柱分离,采用动态多反应监测(dMRM)模式进行测定。方法的检出限为0.5~50.0μg/kg,回收率在72.0%~98%范围内。该方法适用性强、响应灵敏,极大提高了水产品中常规药物残留项目的检测效率。 A method for the determination of 10 drug residues in aquatic products by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was reported. Samples were extracted with EDTA solution and acidified acetonitrile, purified by Captiva EMR-Lipid column, concentrated by rotary evaporation, separated by C18 reverse chromatography column with 0.1 % formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase, and determined by dynamic multi-reaction monitoring (dMRM) mode. The detection limit of the method is 0.5~50.0 μg/kg, and the recovery is in the range of 72.0 %~98 %. The method has strong applicability and sensitivity, and greatly improves the detection efficiency of conventional drug residues in aquatic products.
