摘要
本方法使用顶空进样器直接进样,使用气相色谱仪测定溶剂型涂料中的苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯,对顶空进样器温度、提取时间、气相色谱柱条件经行探讨。结果表明,涂料中苯系物7种组分的检测限均小于3mg/kg,加标回收率范围为81%~90%,相对标准偏差为4%~7%,各组分在能在设定的条件下得到良好的分离,可靠有效检测出溶剂型涂料中的苯系物。
This method uses headspace sampler to inject samples directly,and uses gas chromatography to determine benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene and styrene in solvent coatings. The temperature, extraction time and column conditions of headspace sampler are discussed. The results show that the detection limits of seven components of Benzene Series in coatings are less than 3mg/kg, the recovery of standard addition is 81%~90%, and the relative standard deviation is 4%~7%. The components can be separated well under the given conditions, and the benzene series in solvent coatings can be detected reliably and effectively.
