摘要 在“双一流”高校建设的战略背景下,针对南京林业大学制药工程系四年级学生的专业实验课程“生物制药实验”的课程特点,通过对实验方案设计、授课方法和考核方式三个方面进行改革。以提高学生的综合能力为导向,增加了具有科研课题性质的跨学科综合性和设计性的大实验,构建了以学生为中心的实验教学模式和多元化的实验考核方式。通过将专业课内容与其在制药生产中的实际应用有机结合起来,进一步加深学生对生物制药专业课程的理解,同时也为其将来从事生物制药生产和研究做好了知识储备和实践锻炼。 Under the strategic background of “double Top-class” University construction, aiming at the characteristics of “biopharmaceutical experiment” course for the fourth-year students of Pharmaceutical Engineering Department of Nanjing Forestry University, the reform was carried out in three aspects: experimental scheme design, teaching methods and assessment methods. In order to improve students' comprehensive ability, we have added interdisciplinary comprehensive and design experiments with the nature of scientific research projects, and constructed a student-centered experimental teaching model and diversified experimental assessment methods. Through the organic combination of the professional course content and its practical application in pharmaceutical production, the students' understanding of the biopharmaceutical professional course is further deepened, and the knowledge reserve and practical exercise for their future engagement in biopharmaceutical production and research are also done.
