摘要
《化工仪表及自动化》是针对高等院校化工、轻工、环境类相关专业开设的一门专业选修课程。主要包括化工检测仪表的基本知识,化工自动化控制理论基础以及典型化工系统的控制方案等。基于新工科的理念出发,以促进多学科交叉融合的教学理念的践行为具体导向,探讨了非化工专业《化工仪表及自动化》的教学内容安排及其教学模式的尝试。以化工原理实验室相关仪器设备为实体背景,以控制器优化模拟软件为拓展,通过相关教学内容和教学模式的优化,开拓其专业视野,增进和提高学习效果,以培养能够适应未来工程需求的人才。
“Chemical instrument and automation” is an important course for some majors such as Chemical engineering, Light industry and Environment engineering, etc. Basic knowledge of chemical instrument and control theory for typical chemical systems are the key contents in this course. To promote the realization of cross-disciplines teaching based on the background of Emerging Engineering Education, the teaching content and teaching skill of “Chemical instrument and automation” are discussed. The real instruments in the lab of “Principles of Chemical Engineering” and some relevant simulation software are included in the teaching reform. The new teach mode may expand the major view and improve the teaching efficiency of students for meeting the requirement of future industrial and society.
