以蔗糖转化反应测速率常数为例,浅谈物理化学实验教学

Experimental Teaching of Physical Chemistry, Based on the Determination of Sucrose Conversion Rate Constant

旋光法测定蔗糖转化反应速率常数实验是物理化学动力学的典型实验之一。该实验利用旋光仪,记录蔗糖水解反应过程中旋光度的变化,进而获取反应速率常数和半衰期。基于实际教学中存在的问题,改进教学方法和实验设计,让学生更好的理解物理化学知识点,掌握物理化学研究方法,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,提升科研素养。

The optical rotation method for the determination of rate constant of sucrose conversion reaction is one of the typical experiments of physicochemical kinetics. In experiment, the polarimeter was used to record the changes of optical rotation during the sucrose hydrolysis reaction, further obtained the rate constant and half-life of reaction. Based on the existing problems in practical teaching, the teaching method and experimental design are improved, enabling students to better understand the knowledge and master the research methods of physical chemistry, enhance the ability to analyze and solve problems, further improve their scientific research literacy.
