LED光源照射对人皮肤成纤维细胞的影响

摘要 光疗是在皮肤类疾病治疗中一种有效的手段,而LED具有价格便宜、可控性强、操作简单等优势,可以作为光源用于医疗领域。人成纤维细胞是皮肤的重要组成部分,探究LED对人皮肤成纤维细胞的影响对于皮肤类疾病的治疗具有重要的意义。本文通过实验研究了LED对人皮肤成纤维细胞的影响。研究分析人皮肤成纤维细胞的生长特点,分别探究了不同波长的LED和不同时间的光照产生的影响。实验结果对于LED在皮肤类疾病治疗的应用具有一定的参考价值。 The photobiomodulation (PBM) effect has a long history in human skins treatments. Light-emitting-diode (LED) can be used in medical treatment as a light source for PBM for its advantages of low price, simple controllability and highly flexibility. Human fibroblasts (HF) is an important part of human skin. Investigating LEDs effect on HF is an important for human skin diseases treatment. In this paper, the influence of HF by different LEDs is investigated by experiments. According to the growth characteristics of HF, different wavelengths and radiation time of LEDs on HF are studied. The results show a great significant value for the light therapy on skins diseases.
