摘要 选取可被蓝光激发的几种重要的LED用荧光粉,研究不同搭配方案对白光LED显色指数Ra,特别是特殊显色指数R12的影响规律,为实现超高显色指数、全光谱白光LED提供封装方案。采用蓝光LED芯片搭配铝酸盐黄绿粉Y3(Al,Ga)5O12:Ce3++氮化物红粉(Sr,Ca)AlSiN3:Eu2+,通过调节荧光粉波段及配比,分别在色温Tc=6000K、4000K、3000K时研究实现超高显指的封装方案;添加氮氧化物蓝绿色荧光粉BaSi2O2N2:Eu2+,采用蓝光LED芯片+氮氧化物蓝绿粉+铝酸盐黄绿粉+氮化物红粉的封装方案实现全光谱;对添加氮氧化物蓝绿粉对Ra和R12的影响关系进行分析讨论。实验结果表明,添加氮氧化物蓝绿粉后,对白光LED的Ra和R12均有较大的提升作用,并且随色温的升高,对显色指数的提升作用逐渐增强,在Tc=6000K、4000K、3000K时,R12分别增加了22、9和2,特别是在正白色温下,显色指数Ra增幅达到6.7。 In order to achieve ultra-high color rendering index and full spectrum white-LED, several important LED phosphors that can be excited by blue light were selected to study the influence of different packaging schemes on the color rendering index of white LED, especially the special color rendering index R 12 . When T c = 6 000, 4 000 K and 3 000 K, by using Y 3(Al,Ga) 5O 12 :Ce 3+ yellow-green phosphor and (Sr,Ca)AlSiN 3:Eu 2+ red phosphor and adjusting their ratio, the packaging schemes for white LED with ultra-high color rendering index were obtained. Then, by adding a blue-green oxynitride phosphor, BaSi 2O 2N 2:Eu 2+, the full spectrum can be achieved at different correlated color temperatures. The experimental results show that when T c = 6 000, 4 000 K and 3 000 K, the R 12 increased by 22, 9 and 2, respectively, and especially for T c = 6 000 K, the R a increased by 6.7. This demonstrates that the addition of BaSi 2O 2N 2:Eu 2+ phosphor can obviously enhance the color rendering index and achieve the full spectrum white-LED.
