文章通过对几年来代建的70余个房屋建筑项目的设计变更统计、归纳,探析了设计变更产生的原因、各相关方行为动机,提出了设计变更管理与制度建设的建议,对加强类似的财政投资建设项目综合管理,提升代建单位管理水平有借鉴意义。

By analyzing design alterations of more than 70 construction projects in recent years, the author finds out the reason for design alteration and the related parties motivation, thus puts forward some suggestions on design alteration management and system construction so as to benefit subsequent similar financial investment projects.
