不同提取方法对污泥中16种多环芳烃含量测定的影响 被引量:2

摘要 分别通过索氏提取法、振荡法和超声提取法对污泥进行前处理,采用高效液相色谱法测定污泥中多环芳烃(PAHs)的含量.结果表明,采用不同提取方法时,污泥中PAHs的色谱峰形比较相似,但峰高和峰面积存在差异,并且苊和芴的峰很近、分不开.此外,采用振荡提取时污泥中检出14种PAHs(萘和二苯并蒽未检出),采用超声提取时污泥中检出13种PAHs(萘、苊烯和二苯并蒽未检出),采用索氏提取时16种PAHs均可检出.3种提取方法对应的污泥中PAHs含量高低依次为超声提取>振荡提取>索氏提取.采用3种提取方法时16种PAHs加标回收率分别为63%~99%、65%~92%和75%~100%.为污泥中PAHs提取方法的科学选择提供了技术支持. The contents of PAHs in sewage sludge was determined by HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method through three extraction such as soxhlet extraction,oscillation extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction.The results indicated that the chromatogram of PAHs in sewage sludge under different extraction methods had similar peak shape,different peak height and peak area,and insepterable ace and fluo.Furthermore,the 14 PAHs(Except for naph and daha) were detected in sewage sludge with oscillation extraction,the 13 PAHs(Except for naph,acy and daha) were detected in sewage sludge with ultrasound extraction,while the 16 PAHs were all detected in sewage sludge with suxhlet extraction.Then,the content of PAHs was the highest with ultrasound extraction,followed by oscillation extraction and suxhlet extraction.The standard recovery rate of three extracton methods were respectively 63%~99%,65%~92% and 75%~100%.It provides technical support for scientific selection of PAHs extraction method in sewage sludge.
