摘要
随着我国学前教育飞速发展,公众对优质学前教育的期待逐渐提高,而优质幼师的缺乏成为制约学前教育发展的主要因素之一.为了适应社会对优质学前教育人才的需求,汉江师范学院根据实际情况在三年制中等师范教育、四年制高等师范教育基础上,开设了初中起点的五年一贯制学前教育专业,健全了应用型学前教育人才培养机制。
With the rapid development of preschool education in China, the public anticipation of high - quality preschool education has gradually improved, but the lack of high-quality preschool teachers has become one of the main factors that restrict the development of preschool education. In order to meet the needs of high-quality talents, Hanjiang Normal University has set up Five-year Preschool Education Specialty on the basis of the Three-year normal education and four-year normal education in accordance with the actual situation, which will complete the cultivating mechanism of applied preschool education.
