摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了一系列不同质量比的 PLA/PBS 复合材料,研究了不同比例的 PBS 对 PLA 的增韧效果,结果发现:加入 PBS 后,PLA 的断裂伸长率和冲击强度都有了明显的提高。PLA 与 PBS 的最佳配比为 80 /20,断裂伸长率高达 428. 04%,冲击强度也由纯 PLA 的1. 74 kJ/m^2上升至 3. 57 kJ/m^2。固定 PLA/PBS 的质量比为 80 /20,加入不同质量分数的相容剂苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯( ADR)研究 ADR对 PLA/PBS 复合材料增容改性的影响,结果显示: ADR的加入提高了 PLA/PBS 复合材料的相容性,从而使 PLA/PBS 复合材料的力学性能也进一步提高。当 ADR含量为 0. 75%时,其断裂伸长率最大,数值为 535. 18%。同时,PLA/PBS 复合材料的热稳定性能也更好。
A series of PLA/PBS composites with different mass ratios were prepared by melt-compounding method to study the toughening effect of PBS in PLA. The elongation at break and impact strength of PLA were significantly improved with the addition of PBS. The optimal ratio of PLA to PBS was 80 /20,the elongation at break was 428. 04% and the impact strength increased to 3. 57 kJ/m^2 compared with the 1. 74 kJ/m^2 of pure PLA. The mass ratio of PLA/PBS was kept at 80 /20,different mass fractions of the compatibilizer styrene-glycidyl methacrylate ( ADRs ) was added into PLA/PBS blends, the compatibilization effect of ADRs to PLA/PBS composite was tested. It showed that the addition of ADR could enhance the compatibility between PLA and PBS and the mechanical properties of PLA/PBS composite were further improved. When the ADR content was 0. 75%,the elongation at break reached a maximum of 535. 18% and the thermal stability was enhanced.
