摘要
为掌握沥青混合料中掺加铁尾矿后的抗水损害能力,进行了静态冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验及动态汉堡车辙试验,综合评价了铁尾矿沥青混合料的水稳定性。试验结果表明:铁尾矿沥青混合料在静态和45℃时均表现出较好的水稳定性。当温度升至60℃时,75%掺量的铁尾矿沥青混合料的水稳定性会急剧降低,而掺2%铁尾矿砂沥青混合料的水稳定性与常规沥青混合料的水稳定性的差距不大。验证了铁尾矿砂部分替代矿粉对混合料水稳定性的影响较小,铁尾矿沥青混合料的水稳定性对温度的敏感性比常规沥青混合料的高。
In order to grasp the moisture damage resistance of the asphalt mixture after adding iron tailings, the static freeze-thaw split test, the water-immersed Marshall test and the dynamic Hamburg rutting test are used to comprehensively evaluate the moisture stability of the asphalt mixture with iron tailings. It shows that the asphalt mixture with iron tailings shows good moisture stability under static conditions at 45 ℃. When the temperature rises to 60 ℃, the moisture stability of the iron tailings asphalt mixture with 75% sharply decreases. The moisture stability of the asphalt mixture with 2% iron tailings is not quite different from that of the conventional asphalt mixture. It is verified that the partial substitution of iron tailings for mineral powder has little effect on the water stability of the asphalt mixture, and the moisture stability of the asphalt mixture with iron tailings is more sensitive to temperature than conventional asphalt mixture.
