摘要
采用水提醇沉法得到党参多糖(CPP),并采用SEM和FTIR对党参多糖进行表征分析、GPC-RI-MALS检测党参多糖的分子量。研究党参多糖对ABTS自由基、羟基自由基以及金属离子的清除活性。结果表明:党参多糖表观呈团聚状态,多糖中两种多糖组分的分子量为Mn为1.482×10^6、Mw为4.629×10^7和Mn为3.753×10^3、Mw为5.692×10^3。党参多糖对亚铁离子、羟基自由基和ABTS自由基均具有非常好的清除活性并在CCP浓度为10mg/mL时清除率达到最大,分别为92.8%、82.3%和73%,且具有浓度依赖性。
In this experiment,codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide(CPP) was obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,the characterization analysis was analyzed by SEM and FTIR,and the molecular weight of CPP was detected by GPC-RI-MALS. The scavenging activity of CPP on ABTS radical,hydroxyl radical and metal ion was studied. The results showed that the CPP appeared to be agglomerated,the molecular weight of two CPP,Mn is 1.482×10^6 and Mw is 4.629×10^7,the others Mn is 3.753×10^3 and its Mw is 5.692×10^3. CPP has strong scavenging activities to ABTS,metal ions and hydrogen radical scavenging. With the increase of CPP concentration,the ability of moving activity is strengthened. At the concentration of 10 mg/mL,the largest scavenging of are separately 92.8%,82.3% and 73%.
