摘要
掌握响应面法的使用并对千层塔黄酮提取条件进行优化。探究提取时间、提取温度和提取料液比三个主要影响因素,应用design expert软件设计响应面实验,吸光度值表现为千层塔黄酮得率,千层塔黄酮得率为响应面值而得出最合适的提取条件,并作验证。实验表明:提取温度70℃,提取液料比为41∶1,提取时间为1h。在此条件下,响应面软件的预测吸光度值为0.161,五组验证实验的平均吸光度为0.158,相对误差仅为1.89%,R^2为0.989 4,显示该回归模型可靠,可用于千层塔黄酮的提取。
Use the response surface method to explore the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids limit. Probe into three main influencing factors of extraction time,extraction temperature and extract liquid ratio.And apply designing response surface experiment with design expert software.The absorbance value is the yield of flavonoids in thousands of layers of tower,and the yield of flavonoids in thousands of layers is in response to face value,and the most suitable extraction conditions are obtained and verified. The results show that the extraction temperature is 70 ℃,the extraction liquid ratio is 41:1,and the extraction time is 1 h. Under this condition,the predicted absorbance value of the response surface software is 0.161,the average absorbency of the five groups is 0.158,and the relative error is only 1.8987%. The R^2=0.9894 model shows that the regression model can accurately predict the extraction of thousand-layer tower flavonoids.
