基于因子分析法的有色金属上市公司绩效评价

Performance evaluation of non-ferrous metals listed companies based on factor analysis

有色金属由于其独特的不可再生性和稀缺性,在中国经济发展中发挥着重要作用,其经营绩效的高低关乎着我国经济的成长。基于在国泰安获取的2017年有色金属行业上市公司的数据,笔者运用SPSS软件,采用因子分析法对其经营业绩进行绩效评价研究。研究结果表明,在中国的有色金属上市公司中,偿债能力,经营能力,盈利能力和发展能力对其经营业绩有重大影响。据此进行分析,并结合行业特点提出相应的建议,只有在综合业绩上取得发展,才是企业长久发展之道。

Due to its unique non-renewability and scarcity,non-ferrous metals play an important role in China’s economic development. The level of business performance is related to the growth of China’s economy. Based on the data of the listed companies in the non-ferrous metals industry acquired by Guotai An,the author uses SPSS software to conduct performance evaluation research on its business performance by factor analysis. The research results show that in China’s non-ferrous metal listed companies,solvency,operating capacity,profitability and development capacity have a significant impact on their business performance. Based on this analysis,combined with the characteristics of the industry corresponding recommendations are put forward,only the comprehensive performance of development is the long-term development of the company.
