英美之间的霸权转移是一个长期过程,美国击败英国成为世界霸主的历史清楚表明,一个国家的富强要依靠制造业的发展和转型升级。本国制造业是国家财富之源,发展扶植壮大本国制造业是各国实现富强的必经之路。当前,面对复杂的国际政治经济形势,中国要保持战略清醒,推动国内经济实现高质量发展。中国可以借鉴美国制造业转型的经验,坚定产业升级、发展壮大本国制造业的决心,从精准定位政府角色、培育国内市场、完善国家创新体系、吸引人才、继续扩大改革开放、加大人才培育力度等方面加快建设制造强国,加快发展先进制造业。

It is a long-term process of the hegemonic transfer between Britain and the United States. The history of the United States defeating Britain as the world hegemon clearly shows that a country’s prosperity and strength depend on the development of the manufacturing industry and its transformation and upgrading. Manufacturing industry is the source of national wealth. Nourish and develop nation’s manufacturing industry is the path to prosperity. At present,facing complicated international political and economic situation,China must maintain a soberminded strategy and promote the high-quality development of the domestic economy. The experience of US manufacturing transformation may be useful for the development of China’s manufacturing industry. The government of China,with determination to strengthen manufacturing industry,can speed up the construction of manufacturing powers and accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing industries with measures,such as accurately locating the role of government,cultivating the domestic market,improving the national innovation system,attracting talents,continuing to expand reform and opening up,and increasing the strength of talent cultivation.
