摘要 本文在了解发动机常规参数和工作原理的基础上,用Labview软件设计操作界面和编写上位机软件程序,通过RS232串口通信的连接,实现上位机与下位机之间的数据传输。通过虚拟仪器的测控平台开发一款优良的测控平台,使得测控功能变得丰富,并且效率得到提升。利用虚拟仪器技术,加上外在硬件的配合,构成一套完整的、自动化的、高效的发动机检测设备,为发动机的改进提升可能性。 Based on the understanding of the engine's general parameters and working principle, this paper uses Labview software to design the operation interface and write the upper computer software program, and realize the data transmission between the upper computer and the lower computer through the RS232 serial communication connection. Through the measurement and control platform of the virtual instrument, an excellent measurement and control platform is developed, which makes the measurement and control function rich and the efficiency is improved. The use of virtual instrument technology, coupled with the external hardware, constitutes a complete, automated, and efficient engine testing equipment, which improves the possibility of engine improvement.
