摘要
为探求某航空用轴流式风机的整体性能,模拟实际运行中风机停转时流动阻力状态,利用3D打印技术建立整机模型,以试验数据为基础,加以仿真进行论证,结果表明:仿真值相比试验值小约12.65%;随着转速的增加,风压和流量均成等比例增加,而流阻的变化却基本保持不变。
In order to explore the overall performance of an aeronautical axial-flow fan and simulate the flow resistance state of the fan when it stops running in practice, a complete model of the fan is established by using 3D printing technology. Based on the test data, the simulation is carried out and demonstrated. The results show that the simulation value is about 12.65% smaller than the test value;with the increase of the rotational speed, the wind pressure and flow are increased, and with the increase of equal proportion, the power is also increasing, while the change of flow resistance is basically unchanged.
