过滤器滤网骨架结构有限元静应力及稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为避免压载水过滤器滤网出现被压瘪或变形等强度失效和稳定性失效问题,本文利用ANSYS对滤网骨架进行了静力学分析、轴向稳定性以及侧向稳定性分析,获得其压力云图、位移云图以及模态图。根据分析结果可以得出:不锈钢材料满足工况要求,滤网骨架结构具有一定的强度余量;滤网骨架失稳的主要是侧向失稳,并验证了特征值屈曲分析在分析滤网骨架稳定性计算的可行性,为滤网骨架的稳定性设计提供了理论依据。 In order to avoid the problems of strength failure and stability failure of ballast water filter element, the filter element frame is taken as the research subject, such as being crushed or deformed, the static analysis, axial stability and lateral stability analysis are carried out by ANSYS, and the pressure, displacement and mode diagrams of the filter element frame are obtained. According to the analysis results, the stainless steel material meets the requirements of working conditions, and the filter element frame has a certain strength margin;the main failure of the filter element frame is lateral instability, and the feasibility of eigenvalue buckling analysis is verified in the stability calculation of the filter element frame, which provides a theoretical basis for the stability design of the filter element frame.
