摘要
选取2010—2017年相关数据构建绿色发展评价的指标体系,运用SWOT分析法和熵值法分别对烟台市进行绿色发展条件分析和绿色评价分析。结果表明:在发展条件方面,烟台市的绿色发展机会与挑战并存;在发展水平方面,2010—2017年烟台市总体绿色发展水平有较大提升,但地区差异性较为显著。政府应制定相应政策法规,在技术创新的基础上开发新能源。
By constructing the index system of green development evaluation, and selecting the relevant data from 2010 to 2017, SWOT analysis method and entropy method were used to analyze the green development conditions and green evaluation of Yantai city, respectively. The results showed that there are both opportunities and challenges for green development in Yantai. In terms of the development level, the overall green development level of Yantai city has been greatly improved from 2010 to 2017, but the regional differences are quite significant. The government should formulate relevant policies and regulations to develop new energy on the basis of technological innovation.
