摘要
论述了采用“高压辊磨-湿式预选,塔磨-高效磁选工艺”选别鞍山式贫磁铁矿石的新工艺.贫磁铁矿石经过粗破、中破后,磁滑轮干选后经过高压辊磨破碎,粒度达到3~0mm,经过粗粒湿式预选,抛掉部分粗粒合格尾矿,湿式预选精矿经过高效磁选工艺选别,获得最终精矿.与传统选贫磁铁矿选别工艺相比,该工艺取消了细筛再磨中矿循环作业,减少了选别段数,实现了贫磁铁矿的短流程选别.
The new process of HPGR-wet type pre-separation, tower mill-efficient magnetic separation adopted for separating Anshan type lean magnetite is introduced. After primary crushing and secondary crushing, lean magnetite goes through dry magnetic pully separation and goes to HPGR for crushing, and size of the magnetite can reach 3 to 0 mm. After going through coarse size wet-type pre-separation, part of coarse size qualified tailings are discarded. Wet-type pre-separation concentrates go through efficient magnetic separation process and the final concentrates are obtained. Compared with traditional lean magnetite separation process, this process cancels fine screen-regrinding-middlings regrinding circulation process. Separation stages are reduced and short-process separation of lean magnetite is realized.
