摘要
研究通过对一种特殊铁精矿生产氧化性球团矿工艺的探索,得出此类铁精矿生产氧化球团时,膨润土用量相对较高;预热过程温度不容易控制,但球团矿强度较好.低温还原粉化性能指标较好,但是软熔和低落温度相对较低.
By exploring the process of producing oxidized pellets from a special iron concentrate, it is concluded that when producing oxidized pellets from such iron concentrate, the amount of bentonite is relatively high;the temperature of preheating process is not easy to control, but the strength of pellets is better.The low temperature reduction pulverization performance index is better, but the softening and low temperature are relatively low.
