摘要 40m 大直径筒仓仓顶设备荷载较大,受力情况复杂,单层钢结构薄壳结构由于结构形式合理,自重轻,更适合作为筒仓顶盖.针对现有设计的薄壳结构进行受力分析和弹塑性屈曲分析,发现该类结构形式受力性能和稳定性良好. The load of equipment on the top of silo in large diameter withΦ40 mis relatively large,and the stress situation is complex.Since the structure form is reasonable for thin-shell structure in single-layer steel structure,and the dead load is light,the thin-shell structure is more suitable for the top of silo.Focusing on the existing designed thin-shell structure,the stress analysis and elastic-plastic buckling analysis are carried out.Finally it finds that the stress performance and stability of such structure is good.
