校园智能视频监控系统的研究与设计

Research and design of campus intelligent video surveillance system

针对目前校园监控系统造价高、无法实现智能监控等特点,提出建立一个校园智能视频监控系统,该系统采用混合高斯模型对运动目标进行检测,并实现实时报警.针对混合高斯模型的目标检测算法进行实验和验证,实验证明采用混合高斯模型的目标检测算法可以较完整地提取运动目标.

Due to the high cost of the current monitor system of campus, it is unable to realize the intelligent monitoring. The establishment of a campus intelligent video surveillance system is proposed, which mixes the Gauss model to detect moving objects in the system, and to achieve real-time alarm. The target detection algorithm based on Gaussian mixture model is validated by experiments. Experimental results show that the moving target detection algorithm based on Gaussian mixture model can be more complete.
