健康体检女性的人乳头瘤病毒感染现状及其相关认知的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the status of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in women health examination and their cognition toward HPV and HPV vaccine

调查健康体检女性的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现状及其对宫颈癌筛查、人乳头瘤病毒疫苗的认知与接受度,为宫颈癌的一级预防提出建议.对体检科自愿行HPV检测的体检女性进行问卷调查,了解宫颈癌筛查现况及其对HPV及疫苗认识情况、HPV疫苗接种意愿等.调查结果显示,HPV感染率为11.23%,近五年来宫颈癌的筛查率为71.33%;对HPV疫苗的知晓率为31.90%,认知率为14.09%,接种意愿率为63.92%.

To investigate the current status of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in women undergoing physical examination and their recognition and acceptance of cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccine, and to propose suggestions for primary prevention of cervical cancer. Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the status of cervical cancer screening,knowledge of HPV and vaccine and HPV vaccination willingness among health examination women who voluntarily underwent HPV testing. HPV infection rate was 11.23%, and cervical cancer screening rate was 71.33% in the last five years.The awareness rate of HPV vaccine was 31.90%, cognitive rate14.09%, and vaccination willingness rate 63.92%.
