协同培育有工匠精神的信息类人才培养模式探索

信息技术逐渐成为社会经济高质量发展的重要基础,信息类特别是实践能力强的人才一直是社会的急需.阐述融合成果导向教育(OBE)和构思-设计-实现-运作(CDIO)教育模式,探索有"工匠精神"的信息类人才培养的教育教学规律,形成了行业协会搭桥下的校企协同的信息类人才培养框架、培养模式及途径.实践证明,该类人才培养模式适合应用型本科专业建设,成效显著,培养了一大批信息类应用型人才.

Information technology has gradually become an important foundation for the high-quality development of the economy. Information talents, especially those with strong practical ability, have always been an urgent need of society. This paper expounds the integration of OBE concept and CDIO mode, the education and teaching rules of information technology talents training with artisan spirit, and forms the training framework, training mode and approach under the cooperation of industry associations. Practice has proved that this talent training model is suitable for the application-oriented undergraduate major construction with remarkable results, and has trained a large number of information-based application talents who are deeply affected by regional economic development.
