目前航运服务市场需求持续扩大,为了让航运服务人才满足航运发展的需求?提高航运服务人才质量,改善航运服务业的生态环境,本文引入生态学概念,构建航运服务人才生态系统,提出了影响航运服务人才生态系统的九大因素,并利用解释结构模型法研究了这九大影响因素之间的系统结构关系,研究表明该系统为一个四层的系统结构,进而提出了改善物流服务人才生态系统的对策.

The market demand for shipping services continues to expand.
