摘要 针对Stellite12钴基合金金相组织的定量分析问题,提出一种适用于金相组织中不同相的提取与统计算法.以扫描电子显微镜获得的金相组织图像为信息源,通过图像增强、最大类间方差法及canny边缘检测算法对Stellite12钴基合金金相进行处理,分离出WC相、Cr 7C 3相和Co基体,并利用链码跟踪及三角形面积统计算法对目标相标定统计并分析.结果表明:最大类间方差法可以实现WC相、Cr 7C 3相和Co基体的分离,利用链码跟踪及三角形面积统计算法能够快速完成不同相的个数统计与面积计算. Aimed at the problem of quantitative analysis of metallographic organization of cobalt-base alloy Stellite12, an extraction and statistics algorithm suitable for different phases in metallographic organization was proposed. The image of metallographic organization obtained with electron scanning microscope was taken as information origin and the metallographic processing of the Stellite 12 cobalt-based alloy was conducted by image enhancement, maximum inter-class variance method, and Canny edge detection algorithm to separate the WC phase, Cr 7C 3 phase, and Co matrix from each other and the target phase was statistically calibrated and analyzed with chain code tracking and triangle area statistical algorithm. The result showed that the maximum inter-class variance method could be employed to realize the separation of WC phase, Cr 7C 3 phase and Co matrix and the chain code tracking and triangle area statistical algorithm could be used quickly implement the magnitude statistics and area calculation of different phases.
