摘要
对公司自行研制的离心式浇铸机用于轴承合金的浇注,其中控制花盘运行的异步电机采用安川变频器进行驱动,该变频器通过DP总线与PLC进行数据通讯,实现对花盘的正转、反转以及调速的控制,从而减少了电气系统的工程设计费用、配盘费用、硬件成本,同时将设备调试和维修成本减小到最少等问题进行了分析讨论。
The centrifugal casting machine manufactured by our company is used to pour bearing alloy. The asynchronous motor which controls the spindle operation is driven by Yaskawa inverter. The inverter communicates with PLC through DP bus to realize the control of the spindle forward and backward rotation and speed regulation, thus reducing the engineering design cost, the hardware cost of the electrical system. Equipment commissioning and maintenance costs are minimized.
