摘要
针对当前高职院校数控维修专业人才培养难度大、学生工程实践能力弱的问题,通过强化校企合作、深化产教融合,将融现场教学、技术项目教学和临床教学于一体的“附属医院”模式引入到实践教学中,开展基于真实项目、真实设备和真实现场的实践教学应用研究,快速提高学生实战能力和创新能力,解决传统教学模式培养的数控维修人才岗位核心能力不够、维修经验缺乏、上手慢的问题,希望取得令企业满意、行业认可的人才培养效果。
In view of the weak practical ability of the students in engineering practice and the difficulty in cultivating professional talents for NC maintenance in higher vocational colleges, through strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and deepening the integration of industry and education, the “Affiliated Hospital” mode, which integrated scene teaching, technical project teaching and clinical teaching, was introduced into practical teaching and the practical teaching application research based on real projects, real equipment and real scene.The mode rapidly improve the students practical ability and innovation ability, and it solved the problem of insufficient core competence, lack of maintenance experience, and slow start-up in traditional teaching mode. This model of cultivating talents in this mode has achieved the results of corporate satisfaction and industry recognition.
