人口老龄化背景下中国养老责任认知的影响因素研究——基于CGSS2015数据考察

劳动力市场分割和老龄化双重趋势下,如何看待养老责任这一问题,涉及未来养老制度改革的走向,亟待进一步研究。通过分析2015年度全国综合社会调查(CGSS2015)年数据,研究表明,个人特质对从事非农工作居民养老责任认知态度具有显著性影响,而劳动力市场分割虽然对从事非农工作居民养老责任认知态度同样具有显著作用,但是居民所从事工作是否为国有部门并不影响其养老责任认知,居民所从事工作是否稳定则会对养老责任认知态度产生显著影响。证实了劳动市场分割影响居民养老责任认知,为进一步应对老龄化趋势具有启示意义。

Under the dual trend of labor market segmentation and aging,how to treat the issue of pension responsibility involves the trend of future pension system reform,and further research is urgently needed. By analyzing the data of CGSS in 2015,the research shows that personal traits have a significant impact on the attitudes of residents engaged in non-agricultural work,and the labor market segmentation also has a significant effect on the attitudes of non-agricultural residents’ pension responsibility,but Whether the work is state-owned or not does not affect its cognition of pension responsibility. Whether performed by residents is stable will have a significant impact on the attitude of cognition of pension responsibility. It is confirmed that the labor market segmentation affects the cognition of residents’ pension responsibility,and it has enlightenment for further responding to the trend of aging.
